New robots
QX SERIES
BOMA S.r.l. boasts a wide range of Cartesian robots QX Series, performing an entry / exit vertical movement from the injection molding machine, according to the three servo-controlled Cartesian axes X, Y and Z, having one or more rotary heads activated by pneumatic or electric drives.
QX industrial manipulators are designed and optimized to guarantee maximum performance in the most specific sectors: each robot is engineered for high configurability, from the gripping system’s pneumatics to electronic and control devices, in order to best meet every possible application need.
Second-hand robots
RETROFITTED INDUSTRIAL MANIPULATORS
BOMA S.r.l. overhauls outdated robots, offering them to its customers at a second-hand price: this is the right compromise for those on a budget without sacrificing quality and efficiency.
Our second-hand robots are recommended for its performance in terms of resistance, durability and stability: the manipulators are retrofitted by replacing or preserving part of the components, if possible, according to customer requirements.
End-of-arm tools
End-of-arm tools are the final part of the kinematic chain of industrial manipulators, that BOMA S.r.l. design and produce according to the handled product.
We realize customized grippers to satisfy every production application requirement: for piece loading and unloading, insert loading and In-Mold Labeling (IML).
The ad hoc gripper is designed by sampling or 3D drawing, using both commercial and our-designed components.

Our robot work station can be integrated with anthropomorphic or collaborative robots, vision systems, conveyor belts, turntables, ultrasonic welding systems and baggers.
