Retrofitting, spare parts, support and assistance
BOMA S.r.l. offers to its customers a wide range of services:
- RETROFITTING. We overhaul outdated robots by preserving part of the mechanicaland electrical components, where possible.
Retrofitting is recommended when it’s necessary to update an existing robot, to increase its performance and introduce new functions in the operating cycles, maintaining the high performance in terms of resistance, durability and stability.
Retrofitting consists of:
- complete disassembly and re-painting of the robot;
- replacement of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic components, and electrical and pneumatic wiring on-board, in particular: replacement of sliding guides, timing belts, gearboxes, drives and brushless servo-motors;
- replacement of the control unit;
- preservation of electrical panel.
- SPARE PARTS AND ACESSORIES. We have a large spare parts and accessories stock at our disposal for all urgencies.
- TECHINICAL ASSISTANCE. We guarantee a quality on-going after-sales service thanks to our specialized technicians: software programming, plant installation and personnel training are the focus of our assistance service.
- REMOTE ASSISTANCE. We offer the additional teleassistance service, an innovative method of technical support, through the remote intervention of our specialists.
- INDUSTRY 4.0. Our customers can benefit from the Industry 4.0 fiscal facilitation, promoted by the MISE which recognizes a non-repayable contribution in the form of a tax credit on the purchase of technologically advanced goods.
