QX2-NF
The QX2-NF industrial Cartesian robot is recommended for medium-tonnage injection molding machines and, thanks to the fixed Z axis, ensures minimum overall dimensions on the hopper side.

Components
High-quality, high-performance components: brushless motors, planetary gear reducers, reliable pneumatic system, motion transmission through toothed belts, steel structure, prismatic linear guides and recirculating ball bearing slides, vacuum setting directly from the handheld controller.
Control unit
Our control unit is a lightweight and ergonomic handheld pendant equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen display for monitoring all robot parameters.
It features software with self-learning of working positions for quick understanding and easy operation. Programming can be carried out freely step-by-step or in semi-automatic mode, with the possibility of adding macros to manage robot functions simply and intuitively. Program speed is adjustable.
The system can freely manage 8 inputs and 10 outputs and can store up to 270 cycles thanks to SD card storage.
Electrical cabinet
QX2-NF is equipped with a floor-mounted electrical cabinet featuring compact dimensions and maximum accessibility.
Programmable vertical axis
To meet different requirements in terms of dimensions and strokes, the supplied vertical axis is telescopic double-stroke.
Programmable rotations
QX2-NF comes standard with a compact and powerful pneumatic or electric rotation unit. To meet more complex handling requirements, additional configurable optional rotation units with pneumatic or electric drive are available.
